ComfortSG Limited: LTA approves WAB on WAB-approved services

LTA:
LTA approves WAB on ComfortSG WAB-approved services.

We hereby announces that ComfortSG Wheelchair Accessible Bus(WAB)es can ferry People in wheelchair (PIW) on WAB-approved bus services.The approved services are 648, 649. ComfortSG is very happy to get WAB services as only SBS Transit has it currently. As Mr Lim Jia Xuan was saying on the WAB services, he said,

"We don't only felt very happy, but super happy as PIWs can get a ride on our spacious buses. 648 is a sub-urban bus service, as it will go past Tampines, Simei, Expo, Balestier, Bukit Batok and West Coast, so this service will help the PIWs a lot in travelling to the urban parts of Singapore."

A Shortworking Service will also
go the same as the normal
service, except the ending point
allocates in the middle of the
journey.

_ _ _e :FastForward(FFw) Service
An Express Service does not
call at some of the bus stops
along a service route while a
normal trunk service calls at all
the bus stops.

Express _ _ _:Express Service
This service is a little different
from FFw Services, where this
kind of bus services ply on it's own
route, not an alternative from the
parent service.

_ _ _ M :Modified Service
A Modified Service is mostly the
same to a normal trunk service.
The only and the only difference
is the different destinations for
the bus service.

_ _ _R/RWS _ _ : Resort World Sentosa™ Service
This service will serve Resort World Sentosa, and will charge express fares/flat fare accordingly. A _ _ _R bus will only come after two buses serving its parent service will come. RWS _ _ services is a service on its own, so it will have its own frequency.
